Refund Policy
All payments for our services are final and non-refundable.

No refunds
Payments for all BIGBANG ITS services are non-refundable. This covers every service we sell, including shared, WordPress, reseller and Windows hosting, VPS and cloud servers, dedicated servers, domain names, SSL certificates, business email and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, 3CX licences and phone services, software licences, and design, development and marketing work.
Invoices paid in cryptocurrency are covered in the same way: the payment is final and non-refundable, and section 15 of our Terms and Conditions (/terms-and-conditions/) sets out the rules for those payments.
Cancelling a service
You can cancel any service at any time from the client portal or by opening a ticket. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that payment is not refunded.

For any question about billing, open a ticket from the client portal and include your invoice number.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
