What do the reseller plans include?
Each plan comes with a set number of cPanel accounts (see the plans above), WHM access, NVMe SSD storage, white-label branding, free SSL certificates, daily backups and 24/7 support. Storage, bandwidth and other resources are yours to share out among clients.
Can I set my own prices and packages?
Yes. You decide what to charge and how to bundle it. For each client account you control disk space, bandwidth and the number of email accounts.
What is WHM, and why does it matter?
WHM (Web Host Manager) is the administration panel that comes with every reseller plan. From it you open cPanel accounts for clients, set resource limits, manage DNS zones and keep an eye on server performance.
How many clients can I host?
That depends on the resources in your plan — accounts, disk space and bandwidth. When your client base outgrows it, you can move to a larger reseller plan.
How do I invoice my own clients?
Most resellers use a billing platform such as WHMCS. It connects to WHM to automate account creation, invoicing and payment collection.
Can I pay for my reseller plan in Qatari riyals?
Yes. Plans are ordered and renewed through our client portal, which shows prices in QAR.
Do you have servers in Qatar?
No. BIGBANG ITS has no office or data centre in Qatar. Our hosting runs in Germany, the USA and the AWS UAE region (me-central-1), which is the closest to Doha. Ask us which location applies to your plan. Other locations are available on request.
Can you move my existing clients from another host?
Yes. Migration is free: we transfer the accounts, check that every site works on our platform and only then switch DNS.
