A Yearly Contract That Keeps Your IT Running
One predictable, all-inclusive fee covers the ongoing upkeep of your servers, websites and network.
Keep Your Attention on the Business While We Look After the Technology
When systems go down, staff stop working and revenue slips. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are built for offices and companies that need steady, senior-level support for their core infrastructure. A single agreement spans network management, server upkeep, high-definition CCTV and smart office integrations. We aim to stop faults happening, not just repair them, through scheduled on-site inspections, performance tuning and fast remote help. Wired and wireless networks are kept secure and quick, and cameras and access control stay operational around the clock. You gain a technical partner who knows how your office is put together, with priority response and cost-effective fixes that keep the business at full speed.
What the Contract Covers
Network Infrastructure Under Management
Routers, switches and access points are monitored continuously so the office stays connected. The work spans structured cabling, rack tidying, bandwidth management and Wi-Fi heat mapping to remove weak-signal areas.
Surveillance and Access Control
Round-the-clock protection for your premises. We maintain IP and analogue cameras with NVR/DVR health checks, lens calibration and storage tuning, and manage biometric and RFID access control so only authorised staff get in.
Server and Hardware Care
Physical and virtual servers, workstations and UPS units get regular attention: dust removal, thermal checks, firmware updates and stress tests that help the equipment last longer.
Smart Office and IP Telephony
We support VoIP (IP-PBX) systems, video conferencing rooms and office automation, applying configuration changes and troubleshooting hardware so your team can communicate without interruption.
How an AMC Works for Offices in Qatar
BIGBANG ITS has no office in Qatar. Remote monitoring, remote support, patching and configuration work cover Qatari offices in full. On-site visits, technician dispatch and hands-on hardware work depend on your location, so before you sign we confirm in writing, as part of the pre-contract audit, which on-site tasks we can deliver for you.
- Support responds on Fridays and Saturdays, in Arabic or English.
- Contracts are invoiced in Qatari riyals through the client portal.
- If CCTV footage, access logs or servers hold personal data, Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 applies; our maintenance keeps those systems secured and their storage under control.

Maintenance Contract Questions
How do you maintain CCTV and protect the recordings?
Checking that cameras are switched on is only the start. Each visit includes cleaning lenses for a clear picture, testing recorder hard drives to confirm footage is really being stored, and making sure remote viewing apps are synced and secure. The goal is that you never discover a dead camera only after an incident.
What does proactive network monitoring involve?
Prevention instead of repair. We run regular health checks on switches, firewalls and access points, install firmware updates that close security holes, manage cabling to avoid physical wear and tune signal strength so your team is not left offline.
Are emergencies covered, or only planned visits?
Both. Preventive monthly or quarterly visits form the core of the contract, with prioritised, SLA-backed emergency response on top: if a server or the network fails, technicians are dispatched within a guaranteed response time. For offices in Qatar, the contract states which parts of that response are remote and which are on-site.
Can the contract fit our equipment or several sites?
Yes. We audit your setup before signing and size the scope to match, whether that is a small office needing basic IT and Wi-Fi support or a multi-floor company with biometric access, IP telephony and data centres. You pay only for the assets you actually have.
What does a typical AMC include?
Maintenance of servers and websites, security patching, monitoring and an agreed number of support hours each month.
Do you send technicians to offices in Qatar?
We have no office in Qatar, so on-site work is not automatic. Remote support and monitoring are available to any Qatari office; whether on-site visits are possible at your location is confirmed during the audit and written into the contract.
Do you work on the Qatar weekend?
Yes. Support is available on Fridays and Saturdays.
How is the contract billed?
In Qatari riyals through the client portal. The fee depends on the scope agreed after the audit.
