Your WHMCS, Our Platform
Offer hosting, 3CX Cloud PBX, VPS and dedicated servers with your name on them and your prices attached. Install a single provisioning module once; from then on, every order, suspension, upgrade and termination you trigger is carried out on our platform automatically.
Automated From Order to Cancellation
A customer checks out on your website, and from there the two systems talk directly — no tickets, no emails and no waiting for our working hours.
Create
The order sets up the live service on our side and sends its details back to your WHMCS.
Suspend & restore
When your overdue rules suspend or reactivate a customer, the action is passed on to us together with the reason you entered.
Upgrade
Move a product to another plan and the running account is resized to the new limits.
Terminate
A cancellation releases the service at once, and your charge for it ends at the same moment.
Pricing and Margins
Each reseller account has an agreed markup built in. Your WHMCS pulls our catalogue live from the API with that markup already included, so the figure you see is exactly what we invoice. When we change a price you see it straight away — there is no price sheet to update by hand.
Your selling price is entirely your call, and it is never visible to us.
You buy from us and sell to your customers on separate cycles. Many resellers pay us annually while charging their customers monthly, and keep the difference as margin.
Technical Requirements
WHMCS 8.x, plus shell or FTP access so you can upload one directory.
Outbound HTTPS from your WHMCS server to portal.its.ae.
An accurate server clock: every request carries an hourly signature, and a clock that is far off gets its requests rejected.
Allow roughly ten minutes for setup. The module only adds modules/servers/BBReseller and leaves the rest of your installation untouched.
Five Steps to Go Live
Apply
Send your company name, your WHMCS URL and the services you intend to sell. Applications are reviewed within one business day.
Receive your credentials
Once approved, you get a reseller username and an API key. The key is displayed only once, so save it as soon as it arrives.
Install and connect
Upload the module, create one server entry and click Test Connection.
Map your products
Attach our plan code to each product you want to resell and pick the billing cycle we charge you on.
Sell
Run a test order, try a suspension and a termination, then start taking real orders.
Get the Module
Downloading the package costs nothing, and it stays dormant until you hold a reseller username and API key — both issued only after approval.

Where the services run
BIGBANG ITS has no office or data centre in Qatar. If your customers ask where their data is hosted — for example under Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data protection — ask us for the location of each service.
