No. Plesk can be branded completely, and accounts sit on your own private nameservers, so clients deal only with your company.
What does every account include?
Windows Server with Plesk; support for ASP.NET 4.8, ASP.NET Core, Node.js and PHP 8.x; SQL Server and MySQL databases; free SSL; daily backups; private nameservers; and 24/7 priority support.
Can you transfer my current clients?
Yes, at no charge. We move the accounts, websites and databases — SQL Server included — and test that everything runs before the nameservers are changed.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Move to a bigger plan whenever you need. If a single client needs resources of their own, we can place them on a VPS or a dedicated server.
Can I pay in Qatari riyals?
Yes. Once your quote is agreed, the plan is billed in QAR through our client portal.
Do you have a data centre in Qatar?
No. BIGBANG ITS has no office or data centre in Qatar. We will tell you where your Windows plan is hosted before you order, so you can judge the latency for your clients in Doha.
