Backups You Can Actually Restore From
We copy your data automatically, encrypt it and keep it away from your premises, so a failed disk, a stolen laptop or a deleted folder turns into a quick restore instead of a crisis.
What Every Backup Plan Includes
BIGBANG ITS bundles sync, backup and cloud storage into one service covering every device you link to it, and that feature set is hard to match at this price point.
No cap on the number of users
Several computers per account
Cloud backup for servers
Grows When You Do
Your needs will change over time. Begin with the storage and device count that today's budget allows, then add space, protect more machines or keep restore points longer whenever the business calls for it.
Your Decision, Your Setup
Your backup space sits in its own isolated environment instead of sharing resources with other customers, which keeps it stable and predictable. How it is configured and run stays entirely up to you.
Costs That Follow Usage
Billing tracks the storage you really occupy. Capacity that sits empty is never charged.
How the Service Works
Set Up Your Way
No deep technical knowledge is needed. Pick what gets protected (servers, workstations or mailboxes), choose a schedule that fits your working hours, and decide how long each restore point is retained.
Security Around Every Copy
Data travels encrypted, lands in isolated storage and sits behind our in-house security package. Each restore point is checked automatically, so you know a copy works before the day you need it.
Quick Recovery
Copies live on solid-state (SSD) storage rather than the spinning hard disks many providers still use, so getting files back takes a fraction of the time.
Help Around the Clock
Our team is available 24/7 to talk through a custom retention policy, a bigger storage allowance or any other question about your plan.
Backup Planning for Businesses in Qatar
Where your copies are kept
We have no data centre in Qatar. Backups are held on our infrastructure in Germany and Finland, or in AWS regions in the UAE, Germany or the USA, and we tell you which location stores your data. Other locations are available on request.
Personal data and Law No. 13 of 2016
If backups contain customer or staff records, Qatar's personal data protection law governs how you handle them. Encryption, controlled access and a defined retention period help you meet those duties; your legal adviser should confirm what applies to your organisation.
Support on the Qatar weekend
Restore requests are handled on Fridays and Saturdays too, in Arabic or English, through info@its.qa or WhatsApp on +1 (667) 222-1616.
Invoices in Qatari riyals
Plans are billed and paid in QAR through the client portal.

Questions About Backup
What does a backup service actually do?
It keeps several copies of your important files and refreshes them as the originals change. The copies are stored off-site, so losing a computer or a server does not mean losing what was on it.
Which data should we include?
Start with anything that would halt work if it vanished: files and folders, databases, mailboxes, server operating systems and applications. Disks wear out, laptops get lost or stolen, software bugs corrupt documents, and people delete things by mistake and only notice after saving. A recent clean copy is what spares you from rebuilding everything by hand.
How long should backups be retained?
That depends on your legal and business obligations. Agree on a retention period first; we then configure the plan so restore points are kept for exactly that long.
Local, off-site, or both?
Each choice changes how resilient you are. Local copies come back fastest, while off-site copies survive fire, theft or a failure of the whole site. Many businesses combine the two.
How often do backups run?
Once a day by default. Critical systems can run on a tighter custom schedule.
How long does a restore take?
Usually somewhere between a few minutes and a few hours, depending on the amount of data being brought back.
Is our data stored inside Qatar?
No. We do not operate a data centre in Qatar. Copies are held in Germany, Finland or AWS regions in the UAE, Germany or the USA. If a contract or regulator requires data to stay in a particular country, raise it before setup so we can confirm whether we can meet it. Other locations are available on request.
Can we pay in Qatari riyals?
Yes. Invoices are issued in QAR through the client portal, where you can also open support tickets.
